Neurality - Terms of Service

ByteBooster, developer of Neurality, a brain training app for Android, provides this Terms of Service agreement to govern your use of the app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. License to Use. ByteBooster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Neurality for personal, non-commercial use. But you are allowed to promote Neurality.

2. User Accounts. In order to access some of the features of the app, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ByteBooster reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

3. Use Restrictions. You may not use the app for any illegal purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or interfere with any other party's use of the app. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the app.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties. BYTEBOOSTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BYTEBOOSTER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND YOU AGREE THAT FROM TIME TO TIME BYTEBOOSTER MAY REMOVE THE APP FOR INDEFINITE PERIODS OF TIME, OR CANCEL THE APP AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

5. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL BYTEBOOSTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BYTEBOOSTER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

6. Modifications to Terms of Service. ByteBooster reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or otherwise change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the app following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Termination. ByteBooster may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the app, or your use of all or a portion of the app, with or without notice and with or without cause.

The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.
